Leadership Coppell 2011 Now Taking Applications

The city of Coppell will offer Leadership Coppell, an innovative program designed to bring together civic-minded individuals in a forum that encourages learning, questioning and planning. Six, full day sessions are scheduled to begin Feb. 3, 2011.
This comprehensive training program includes information about the backbone of how this community operates through the presentation of information and presentation from community and civic leaders, educators, City staff and representatives from Metroplex organizations that help keep DFW in the forefront of labor markets, transportation issues and business needs.
Six sessions are planned beginning February 3. Registration is underway. Class size is limited to 20 participants and applications are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Tuition for the program is $150 per person. Applications are available at Town Center, 255 Parkway Blvd., and may also be downloaded from the City’s website at coppelltx.gov.
